Digital Products – No Returns

ClearRoute UK sells digital products, including downloadable checklists, guides, and information-based preparation materials.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products.


Consumer Rights (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once:

  • The download has started, and

  • The customer has given explicit consent to immediate access, and

  • The customer has acknowledged that they lose their right to cancel.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you confirm that you understand and agree to this.


Information-Based Products Disclaimer

All ClearRoute UK products are:

  • Information and preparation tools only

  • Based on publicly available UK Home Office guidance

  • Not a substitute for legal or immigration advice

Because these products do not assess individual eligibility or outcomes, refunds cannot be offered based on:

  • Personal circumstances

  • Application outcomes

  • Changes in immigration rules after purchase


Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase (such as a broken download link or file error), please contact us at enquiries@clearrouteuk.com.

We will:

  • Re-send the download, or

  • Provide access to a working version

This does not entitle the customer to a refund.


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue.
